Market Outlook
The recent market correction has to be understood in context of our market performance over the past year. Indian markets returned a positive 14%, while
the CNX Midcap returns were 21.2%.However, on account of the sharp run up,and India being a popular financialdestination, there was some overvaluation which has led to thismarket correction. Indian markets have underperformed their regional peers, as
well as developed markets
a) on account of valuations,
b) on account of recentquestions about sustainability of growth
c) the current political situation.
What we advise the investor and how are we shaping the portfolio for the current
